TO ALL OUR BELOVED VIEWERS & BEEF JERKY CUSTOMERS:  We are currently experiencing "customer notification issues".  We are working diligently to rectify this web based problem.

Rest assured, your orders are shipped within 3 days of placing your order.

Please do not stress if you're not provided with a tracking number.  Your orders are being processed, packaged and shipped in a very timely manner.

In addition, we are also experiencing major delays with the United States Postal Service that are completely inexcusable.

Until the "communications issues" are resolved, we have added a phone number that you can call Monday - Friday, during normal business hours, to get assistance from one of our staff and a tracking number for your order.

If no one is available to answer your call, this number will roll over to a fax line, so please do not try and leave a voicemail.

We understand your frustration because of these issues, but please know we are working to get them resolved quickly and permanently.
